Katy is a full-time, professional REALTOR® specializing in the sale and marketing of homes in Silicon Valley, including Los Gatos, Saratoga, San Jose, and the entire Bay Area. She was a Certified Residential Appraiser with seven years of experience in the field, and a published author of two appraisal text books. Backing her professionalism with 15 years of computer systems and components marketing and sales experience, Katy's knowledge and understanding of real estate in the Bay Area is truly outstanding.

Katy was honored as Rookie of the Year in her very first year of business with Coldwell Banker-Cornish & Carey and she hasn't slowed down since. She is currently within the Top 10 agents in her office and in the Top 1% of all Coldwell Banker agents internationally. She has earned the designation of International President's Elite, among the highest Coldwell Banker accolades.
